What to expect

THE PROCESS

After submitting your project request, our team will contact you to schedule a meeting through Zoom or phone. That way we can be sure we are the right people to bring your vision to life. By talking we can also know more accurately what will be the final price for the project.

THE PLANNING

Once we are both happy to move forward we will then meet face to face to start planning the logistics and contract signing.

At this stage a 25% deposit is required.

Note: This deposit is non refundable in case of cancelation by the client.

THE PROJECT

When the day comes we will work together to bring to the physical what was in your mind in the best quality we can. Capturing the moment to last for a life time.

THE DELIVERY

After the project is finished we will keep in touch as we work on the post production to make sure the final product is the best it can be.

You will be given two opportunities to make notes and request any changes you'd like. After the second draft if any more changes are required a charge of £15 per change will be made on top of the outstanding value.

Note: The payment for any outstanding amount is expected before final delivery.
